By accessing and using the NOCAP website (nocap.id), you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions listed on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not continue to use our services.

NOCAP reserves the right to change, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this page.

To make a purchase, you are required to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials (email and password).

NOCAP is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to negligence in maintaining account security.

All prices listed on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. NOCAP reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

Orders are considered valid after payment is received and confirmed by our system. In the event of a pricing error due to technical issues, NOCAP reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Available payment methods include bank transfer, virtual account, e-wallet, and QRIS according to the options provided by our partner payment gateways.

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping time depends on the destination and the selected courier service.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage during transit becomes the courier's responsibility. NOCAP will assist with the claims process if necessary.

For exclusive Drop or pre-order products, shipping schedules will be communicated separately via email or the relevant product page.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days after receipt, provided: the product has never been worn/washed, labels and tags are still intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).

Products from Drop collections/limited editions, products labeled FINAL SALE, and exclusive membership products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error by NOCAP (wrong size sent, manufacturing defect, etc.).

All content on the NOCAP website, including but not limited to: graphic design, logos, typography, product photography, description text, and website source code are the exclusive property of NOCAP and are protected by Intellectual Property laws.

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use NOCAP content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

NOCAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to server downtime, data errors, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

NOCAP's maximum liability for any claim arising from the use of the services shall not exceed the total value of the related order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be settled amicably first, and if no agreement is reached, will be resolved through the competent District Court in Indonesia.
